Solution Engineer/ Pre-sales
Responsibilities
Identity requirements and challenges of prospects.
Validate production features with the requirements.
Develop presentations and delivery demonstration products, solution and service which meets customer requirements and combines product features, technical skill, use cases and storytelling.
Clearly articulate the benefits of potential solutions to all client levels up to “C” level executives.
Support account executives in helping ask qualifying questions to help develop leads and prospects.
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineer, Technology, Digital marketing, Marketing, Arts or related fields
Minimum 2 years relevant experience of solution selling within a major service or software vendor.
Proven track record of new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
In-depth technical knowledge with experience of working with at least 2 of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Industry Cloud.
Strong requirement gathering, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Superior communication skills, very strong leadership qualities, and team-oriented business values.
