Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Data Analysis:
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in business processes.
Process Improvement:
Map out existing business processes and recommend changes to increase efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
Solution Design:
Initiate system configuration (Low Code) and work with technical team to design and implement solutions that meet client’s needs and align with scope of a project.
Testing & Validation:
Conduct the testing process to ensure that the delivered solutions meet the documented requirements and business goals.
Documentation:
Prepare requirement specification, user acceptance test, and requirement matrix reports and presentations as well as ongoing activity log document to communicate insights and recommendations with stakeholders..
Training:
Conduct user training on new systems, processes, and tools
